Video not playing smoothly?
If your video does not play smoothly ie. stops/starts or plays similar to that of a photograph slide show, then your Internet connection may be running slowly. The video should play smoothly, even on an entry level ADSL 384K line. The Internet maybe experiencing high volumes of traffic, either wait until a more quiet time or download the video (top right of the video player).
No video player showing?
If you do not see a video player then you Internet browser needs a “plug-on”. There are number of browsers in use today the more popular ones are windows explorer, Firefox and Google chrome. Each require a browser add-on. Windows explorer depending on what version you are using leaves a red cross where the player should be. About 30mm down from the top of your screen a bar would have popped up saying “This website wants to run the following add-on 'Windows media player extension'.......” (or something similar depending on version) you need to click on this bar and run add-on. Firefox and chrome will have similar procedures but you may, depending on the versions, have to manually install the add-on. Just follow the prompts. You can also download the video and run the video from your computer or if the Youtube link is available run the video from Youtube.com but Youtube could also be asking for the Adobe flash plug-on.

You will only have to do this procedure once, the first time you play a video.
