- Buyers, who have registered with us for free, as well as people browsing our website can view your property.
- Our registered buyers will be informed via email about your property for sale, show days and price reductions (should you have any). These email notifications contain a link to view your video, additional photographs, description and contact details.
- We provide an exceptional service and are always available to assist you.

This option is a great way of saving money and enables you to keep your selling price as low as possible while still gaining exposure. This option is also very rewarding provided you are prepared to do the work. If you haven’t sold a property before, you can rest assured that we will assist and guide you from beginning to end.
What this option entails:
- A video, photographs and a description of your property will be taken by one of our videographers.
- You will be supplied with a “for sale” and “on video” board. “On show” boards can be supplied on a deposit basis.
- Your video will be professionally compiled and edited by our marketing team.

Show days can be a pain, especially when it comes to tidying up, hiding valuables and having strangers walking in and out of your property, which is why you will be provided with a downloadable high quality version of your video - displaying your property looking its best - which you can ‘burn’ to either CD or DVD and hand out to potential buyers for them to play in their home DVD players or computers. This is an excellent substitute for traditional show days, as it’s much safer and far more convenient for both you and your potential buyers.

Once you have found a suitable buyer, simply let us know and we’ll organise absolutely everything for you at no cost to you. We can recommend an attorney that will deal directly with you, and a bond originator that will deal directly with you and your buyer. We will monitor the entire process to ensure that you are well informed and that everything runs smoothly.

These estate agencies can provide you with our video marketing service on top of their traditional marketing, thus providing your property with maximum exposure.
What this option entails:

You select and contact a recommended estate agent in your area and schedule an appointment for them to view your property.

If you and your selected estate agent are happy to work together, and you request that they provide you with our video marketing service, they will book an appointment for one of our videographers to take a video of your property at no cost to you.

Your estate agent will supply “for sale” and “on show” boards.

- Your estate agent will provide assistance and guidance throughout the entire selling process.
- No upfront fee is required.
- Commission to be negotiated with your estate agent.
