Contact our office during working hours - 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday - and make a booking for one of our videographers to take a video of the property for sale.

One of our videographers will meet you at the property and take a video,
photographs and description. An eye-catching “on video” board will be attached to your “for sale” board.

The video, photographs, description and contact details will be uploaded onto our website.

The video will also be uploaded onto youtube.com (popular international video website) and zoopy.com (popular local video website).

The property details will also be uploaded onto g.co.za (the first property search engine in SA), iol.co.za (biggest news, classifieds and info site on the web in SA), vottle.com (popular classified ads website) and gumtree.co.za (popular classified ads website).

4 additional properties, each with one photograph, can be displayed under the property video on our website. The details and photographs of these 4 properties must be emailed to us so that we can upload them.

We provide you with extensive online exposure, but while internet is great, it’s not everything. That’s why you will be provided with a downloadable high quality version of your video which you can store on your office computers and ‘burn’ to either CD or DVD and hand out to potential buyers (training can be provided if you are not familiar with how to do this). Note: CDs can hold approximately 20 property videos and DVDs can hold plenty more.

You can share your high quality video with other estate agencies in your area in order to increase exposure.

Buyers, who have registered with us for free, as well as people browsing our website can view your property.

Our registered buyers will be informed via email about the property for sale, show days and price reductions (should you have any). These email notifications contain a link to view the video, additional photographs, description and your logo and contact details.

12 weeks of 24 hour property exposure.
